Have Constant Sick Feeling In The Throat And Chest. Feel To Have A Lump. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi I was wondering if you could help as I am currently abroad and not able to see my local gp. I have had this problem for a little while, at first I thought I had some sort of infection which then seemed to go and now the feeling has come back. It's hard to explain but is like a constant sick feeling in throat and chest and also sometimes feels like a lump is there but not like when u have a cold etc please help

hello,

well i would like to ask you, have you been having history of repeated respiratoy infections, post nasal drip, hawking, smoking, alcohol? if yes then it might be due to hypertrophy of the pharyngeal mucosa. you should do gargles with saline water and take steam inhalation therapy. If you are in u.s they have salt spa'z there they might help as well.
