Have Coloured Circle Appearance On The Heel

H i i am asking about my dad he is 82 years old and is diabetic. Months ago on his right heel a blue circle appeared on his heel. it is so painful that he cant sleep. A few days ago the affected area opened like a wound and you can see a spiral of different colors (blue, yellow, purple, red) Also two more blue circles stared to appear on the same heel near the affected area. could you please help me and tell me what kind of treatment i need to use and what the cause of this is. Thank you

Definitly u need to go to a general sugeon.. there is a need for strict glycemic control.. if your father is smoker its beneficial to stop smoking further... painful ulcer and the appearnce u described is of arterial blockages in distal limb arteries. This happens more commonly in diabetics. Without delay you should go to a surgeons opd.
