Have Chronic Diarrhea, Weight Loss, Excessive Gas, Tiredness, Lower Abdominal Pain. What Is The Cause?

I am a 50 yr old woman, in 2000, I had bacteria in my intestines, and my surgeon removed a lot of it, now in the last 7 yrs I have been having chronic diarrhea, and most recently more lower belly pain, excess gas, tired, weight loss, and I awake a lot in the middle of night with accidents, from not knowing that fecal was coming out, I eat, drink, doesn't matter cause it still comes out, and a lot of times, I cant make it to the bathroom, I have an apt w my surgeon, next week, but! this has gotten worse in the last few days, I feel weak and drained.

Thank you for the query.

As some part of intestine was removed and junction done, most probable reason of your symptoms is partial bowels obstruction due to narrow junction.
Diarrhea, bloating, cramping, weight loss are the symptoms of an obstruction.
Due to chronic diarrhea you might have dehydration and ions deficiency so it makes you weak. It seems to be not the best idea waiting to the next week.
I suggest you to visit your doctor as soon as possible.
Blood work, ions level, kidneys tests should be done at first. Colonoscopy should be done next.
