Have Been Diagnosed With Proliferative Disorder

Hi! I was recently diagnosed with proliferative disordered endometrial lining and was prescribed Provera. I have reservations about talking hormones and was thinking about not taking the Provera, eating a raw, vegan diet, and losing a significant amount of weight (I m 203 lbs.) in an effort to significantly reduce my estrogen levels. I would like your opinion. Thanks.

Hi
Thanks for your query.
You can certainly try all these measures to reduce your estrogen levels but that may not be equivalent to drug therapy. Please discuss with your doc if you can really substitute provera by all these.
Hope this helps.
Regards
