Have back pain and congestion in ribs. Suggestion?

I had back pain when I was doing some digging work in my garden a month back. After that I used to get a lower back pain after I sleep for 5-6 hours in the night, typically when I was about to get up. This used to go away 5-10 min after I get up. Oflate instead of back pain I feel there is some congestion in ribs around the time I get up. This too goes away 5-10 min after I get up. I am 48 male.

Thanks for posting your query.
Is there any positive history of allergy in you or in your family?
Chest congestion after working in garden suggest some sort of allergy and you should consult with physician/ chest physician.
You should go for thorough check up with chest x ray and allergy test.
You may have soft tissue injury at back.
You should also consult with orthopedic surgeon and should go for x ray of the affected spine part.
You should take pain killers with muscler elaxants for a short period.
