Have Asthma And Chest Pain

Hi, I have Asthma and currently using Qvar for about a week now. I have pain in my chest along the esophogas. I do take Prilosec in the Morning and an acid reducer at nite. I do not feel badly, I m weezing a bit, and I do not have any tingling in my arm.

Wheeze means its an asthamatic attack. If still after taking the medicine you are having an attack then i would suggest you to visit a pulmonolist who will adjust your medication after careful examination & relevant investigations. In the meanwhile you take montelukast one daily for one month. Research has shown that it decreases the asthma attack.
