Have A Problem Of Falling Asleep When Working Or Driving

I only sleep 5 to 6 hours a night. Most days I tend to fall asleep while doing computer work and sometimes while driving

I find myself wanting to nod off. I take 40mg of uloric in am and 4mg of doxazosin, 1 omg of ramipril, and 300mg of gabapentin at 11 pm with 1 8oz bottle of tonic water.

Dear User,
Thanks for using health care magic.

From the available description it appears that you are concerned with daytime sleepiness. You might be aware that every human body have different requirements. For example we need sleep of 5-9 hours a day. If your body is kind of 9 hours and you sleep only 5-6 hours than it is obvious you will feel asleep during day.
If this is not the case for you than probably your sleep is not proper during night.
There are high chance that you are suffering from one of the following condotions
1, Sleep apnoea
2. Narcolepsy
3. Abnormal fragmentation of sleep
4. Drug induced sleep architecture distubance

In my view please get your sleep study or polysomnography and post again to healthcare magic.

'Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help".
Thanks
