What Causes Leaky Bladder?

Dear Sirs, My name is L. Sherer, I am 67 yrs of age and still working. I also weigh 350 pounds plus and are 6 ft. tall. Any ways my legs for the last 7 years start off in the morning looking normal but with in a few hours they are full of water. My doctor says I have edema that is why I take the blood pressure pill with HCTZ added. The real problem is my legs have ulcers from the ankles to the knee on the sides and front. Also I at times have a leaky bladder. If I set for a while and when I stand up I just can't hold it. Seams like if I let a small amount out it will hold me for a short time so I can find a restroom. Other times its just floods and I am soaked at work and have to run home and change my cloths...Its embarrassing to say the least. The following is the medications I have been on for quite some time and was wondering if all or one of these could cause some or all my problems?
LISINOPRIL – HCTZ 20-25 MG TAB..1 tab in morning
SIMVASTATIN 20 MG TAB ...1 tab at bedtime
PAROXETINE HCL 2O MG TAB...1 tab at bedtime
DOXAZOSIN MESYLATE 8 MG TAB. ...1 tab at bedtime

* The leaky bladder will partially be from the diuretic use and may be
possible neurology involving spinal cord level .
* Swelling of feet may be as side effect of doxazosin which has to be
discussed with your treating physician .
