Have A Patient With Loss Of Sensation From The Hand

Have a patient with loss of sensation from the hand to the elbow crease both volar and dorsal aspect. Not able to supinate forearm! Not able to flex or extend the wrist. Normal sensations on the arm. He sustained an electrical shock a month ago.
I want to known what are the nerve involved in this weakness?
