Hello,

There are two contributory factor in causing neurological pain.

One is the organic cause and it is directly relate to the destruction of the L5 vertebra.
There are chances that the nerve roots are getting impinged due to disc space narrowing and the destruction of the vertebra.
First line is medication and physiotherapy. If there is no considerable improvement then surgery is the next option.

Second is the Anti tuberculosis drugs. It is well documented that ATT will cause peripheral neuropathy due to pyridoxine deficiency.
Treat will high dose of pyridoxine supplements.
