Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are having PCOS and Hypothyroidism and taking treatment for both that is Metformin and Thyroxine supplements. You have not mentioned your age and about your weight are you overweight?
You are also taking birth control pills if you want pregnancy then it is usually advised that you should stop the pill and use alternative method of contraception like condoms for at least 2 to 3 cycles and see your cycles becomes regular and proper investigations like Ultrasonography and Follicular study to see ovulation is taking place.
If you are overweight please try to lose some weight.
If you become pregnant during oral contraceptive pills there is slight risk of birth defects so please discuss with your Gynecologist about that .
Wish you good luck and safe motherhood.
Take care.
