Hello,
Your results tell that you are suffering from severe uncontrolled diabetes along with dyslipidemia and high GGTP.
You must consult your doctor as early as possible and get the prescription for anti diabetic drugs along with anti lipid medications.
Tight control of sugar is required to prevent future micro vascular complications while tight control of cholesterol and triglycerides is required to prevent future macro vascular complications.
High GGTP suggests alcohol abuse and is an indicator for increased future cardiovascular risks.
Apart from medications do the following...
Reduce your calories and reduce your weight.
Do regular exercises
Quit smoking
Avoid sweets, junk foods, deep fried foods and colas.
Consume more of fresh fruits and green vegetables.
Make it a point to control your blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol meticulously.
Meet your doctor regularly.
Thanks
