Have IBS, Fullness In Stomach. What Is The Issue?

Hey mate, for the 48 hours ive been quite sick to the point where i havent been able to move. I havent been diagnosed with IBS but we are quite sure i have it and as such we believed this to be the problem. However my stomach feels extremely full with my intestines still working. I havent eaten for approximately 22 hours and in fact i feel quite full. What could perhaps be the issue? ive been in the process of alot of gaseous exchange in these past 48 hours as well.

IBS is a diagnosis made when other subtle organic diseases of the intestine are ruled out. Please visit your gastroenterologist and find out whether there is any partial obstruction in your digestive system which is making you feel bloated.
