Have COPD. Relief From Mucomyst Which Is Unavailable Anywhere. Something Wrong With Medicine?

I have COPD and mucomyst helps me a lot. I would like to know why no one can get it. Even the hospitals can't get it. Are they still making it or have they found that there is something wrong with it and they haven't said anything yet? They said that I should be able to get it by July 28,2013 but It is still not avalible. From what I understand, this has been going on for about 2 years. Why?
