Have CHF From Myocarditis A Few Years Ago. I Am

Have CHF from myocarditis a few years ago. I am a 51 year old male and otherwise healthy. At the time of my hospitalization my EF was at 17% and it is now in the 20 to 25 range. Since the original illness I have had this horrible chest pain that comes and goes. Sometimes it can last 1 day or 2 and at times it only lasts 15 minutes. My doctors all are at a loss to figure out why this is happening because my hear is clear of any blockages so it's not angina related. Nitroglycerine does not help this pain at all. I have had every work up there is for this pain. Some doctors have suggested it may be all in my mind which is infuriating. Any idea what this could be? I also have Factor V Leiden and have had 2 PE's and a DVT in the past. I've had someone tell me it could be permanent damage to the lung from one of the PE's I've had.
