What Does Sore Throat Along With Cold And Headache Indicate?

Female, 22 I have classic cold symptoms; runny nose, mild sore throat, headache, sinus ache. I am taking ibuprofen 1200mg/day. Should I still be worried about viral myocarditis or will the NSAIDS technically prevent myocarditis. Should I be taking diclofenac? PMHx Hypertension Perindopril 4mg

Symptoms of sore throat along with cold and headache which could be due to bacterial or viral infection due to infection of upper respiratory tract due to poor compromised immunity of body. DO saline rinse and use mist humidifiers in room. Visit general physician once if symptoms keeps on persisting. Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist for sore throat. You should keep yourself hydrated always. Take diet rich in multivitamins. Avoid taking spicy and sharp food. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. You can start with crocin syrup 5ml 4-5 times a day depending upon fever. If fever increases do tepid sponging as well with cold water.
