Have CA Gall Bladder With Liver Metastasis. Institutes For Better Results?

hello sir, this is a case of 61 yrs old male patient with CA Gallblader with liver metastasis at 4th stage.recently patient went throught PTBD and now bilirubin levels are normal. oncologist are suggesting for a Palliative chemotherapy in Vellor CMC Hospital Tamilnadu(INDIA).please guide us any other Institutes where we can get better results or any other sources to expand the life span of the patient. kindly suggest

Hello
I understand your concern but the fact is chemotherapy treatment is same every where.
There is a fixed protocol which is adopted whenever chemotherapy is given.
It doesn't make much difference with different centers.
I would advise you to stick to the place near to your home so that it is easy for patient as well as his attendants.
Except chemotherapy nothing can be done as no curative treatment is possible now.
