Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Migraine needs preventive medications, to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches in the future. If dicorate (divalproex) is causing side effects, you can use either topiramate or flunarizine.
Regarding low vitamin B12, you can take b12 supplements, such as methycobal tablets. You should also consume foods rich in vitamin B12, such as eggs, fish, etc.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

Chronic Migraine needs prophylactic treatment. Usual prophylactic medicines are nortryptilline, propranolol, divalprorex sodium or flunarizine or topiramate. You should consult your doctor to select drug appropriate for you.

You should also take supplementary vitamin B12 in the form of tablet or injectable.

You should take diet and sleep at fixed time with less variability.
There are some patients which may have relation with food so you should look for that.

Thanks.
