Has Dermoid Cyst On Temple Area, Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind Ears, Cystic Ears. Help?

ten month old daughter has dermoid cyst at her temple area its size of a quarter, dr, wants back in six mths for xray , so close ro sutures he thinks. wants to wait till two yrs old to remove it, is this a simple procedure how long for recovery and will it come back. she also has swollen lymph nodes behind both ears very tiny and said that was normal sometimes. im scared that they are cysts too, shes had since birth behind the ears. should i get a second opinion?

Dermoid cyst is a normal thing and common in this area.
Removal procedure is just a work 15 minute and recovery is within 3-5 days.
Nothing to worry at all , wait as your doctor advised you.
Two tiny lymph nodes are also common , so don't worry.
Child is little so wait.
