Has Crohns. What Can Be Included In Health Plan?

I am a middle school nurse with a student that is in the 6th grade with Chrons. Her mother refuses to meet with the principal and myself and others to come up with a health plan for this student. The student continues to have accidents daily in the classroom which is not healthy for her or the other students. COULD YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU WOULD RECCOMEND TO BE INCLUDED IN THE HEALTH PLAN THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO ALL CONCERNED.

People suffering from Crohn's disease should avoid wheat barley rye and oat.No other dietary restrictions.Healthy eating.Hope I have answered your question.
