Hard Time Taking Deep Breathes, Yawning. Is This Stomach Problem Or Stress ?
I have been having a hard time taking deep breathes latterly and yawning. The more I think about it the worse it gets. I have asthma but it is very control peek flow is 400 oxygen is 98 satuation. I sometimes think its my stomach or can it be stress. I have history of anxiety but have been fine for a long time. The more I think about it he worse it gets

it cn be sress or acidity as puff for and medicines used can cause acidity leading t problems
