Hard Red And Heated Sore Lumps In Arm After Injecting Ritalin Tablets, Appears When 3mil Barrels Are Used. Treatment ?
Hi i have developed several very hard red and heated sore lumps in my arm from injecting ritalin tablets.I have injected them in the past without this happening with 27 guage syringes but since i started using 3 mil barrels i get a new lump every time. Can you tell me hat these are and if I should seek some treatment please. Thank you.

Hi,
There can be possibility of secondary infection in your arm pits. Stay way from hot and humid conditions. The only precaution you must follow is not to touch, pinch pop or squeeze any of them other wise it can get infected and can cause complications. You can take a course of antibiotic containing ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days.You can apply Gentamycin cream and can take pain killers such as paracetamol by mouth
