Hair falls, going bald. Is stress the reason for hairfall?

Hello Doc,
Firstly I am 15 years old. For about past one year, I think so, my hair is falling and I am going bald. Btw, I spend much more time before my PC than many others.
So, is stress the reason for my hairfall? And if I reduce the time I spend before my computer and take some measures to reduce stress, will my hairfall stop? And please give me some more advises.
Thank You.

Welcome to health care magic
I can understand your situation. I appreciate your effort to seek online support.

Stress is one of the important contributing factor for hairfall specially in females. Spending much time on PC is also a major stress these days causing lot of new problems in youngsters.
So i advise you the following things-
1) Consult a dermatologist to rule out any skin disease
2) Relax your mind with relaxation techniques like deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, yoga or meditation.
3) Have good sleep, adequate diet and maintain good hygiene.
4) Avoid much time on PC.

Hope it helps
Good luck
