Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic

You might be having chronic telogen effluvium. Severe physical stress like typhoid and Jaundice can cause telogen effluvium and in a small percentage of them it can go on to become chronic telogen effluvium.

Ongoing problems like anemia and thyroid abnormalities should be ruled out by blood tests and if detected should be treated. You need to check your hemoglobin levels, serum ferritin levels and thyroid function test.

Blow drying heavily once would not cause this.

Please have good diet including green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates and Biotin rich foods like carrots, almonds, walnut, cucumber, cauliflower, milk. Eggs also have protein and amino acids required for hair growth.

Vitamin supplements containing biotin, calcium pantothenate and minerals for a duration of atleast 3 months is a good treatment for your hair fall. Kindly get it prescribed by your dermatologist.
Hope this helped.
Take care
