Hair fall, bald in front, hairs thin and weak. Hereditary?

hello doctor, i m a 21yr old male from india. i m suffering from intense hair lose problem for the past 1 yr. before that i have really good hair with extra density. but now i lose all the hair on top of my scalp and starts to bald in the frontal areas. it is happend in just one year. and the remaining hair on my scalp are very thin and weak. what could be the reason doctor? is this due to hereditary? there are no one in my mothers side who have baldness . but my father is bald, and he starts to bald in his early 30s. then why am i balding in my early 20s. ? pls help me doctor...

Hello, welcome to HCM.

There is many causes behind hair fall.

These may be from hormonal imbalance, hereditary, food habit, environmental, dandruff,stress full life etc.
50-100 hair fall in a day is normal but it varies man to man.

To stop hair loss you have to maintain the following things.

1.Don't use hair oil.
2.Use anti dandruff shampoo and normal shampoo in alternative day.
3.Every day wash your scalp properly with Sampson.
4.Take multivitamin group of drug.
5.Take fresh vegetables and fresh fruit .
6.Take adequate amount of water.
7.Avoid oily and fast food..
8.Take hair spa every month.
9.Use henna twice a month.
