General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you are consulting the general doctor. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe injections of vitamin B1,6, and 12 for 10 consecutive days, and then one injection every week.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods. Thank you.
