Had Wet Dream And Slep Without Changing. Left With White Marks. Return The Color Of Glans?

I am a male...A long time ago during Puberty I had a wet dream then I continued sleeping rather than changing,so when I woke up I took off my underwear roughly,Therefore I got a white marks on the side of my pee hole...It is alittle annoying to my girlfriend,And I don't like going to an Urologist,My question is their anything to return the color of the glans again....thanks for Reading

Hi and thank you so much for this question.

I am so sorry about the white area on your glans. Though you associate this with not changing after a wet dream, it is very very rare and unlikely that this is the cause. If you removed your underwear roughly and caused some excoriations that healed and left it that way, then there is very little or nothing to be done to change it unless you want a surgical repair.
Please, you may want to explain what happened to your girlfriend before about the marks. Her problem my be that she thinks it is something else that could be dangerous to her. Let her understand that it represents no danger for her and was not caused by an infection. She may be more accommodating after hearing all of this.
