Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
The procedure of uterine artery embolisation is very helpful in allievating menorrhagia but in some patients can lead to amennorrhoea or premature ovarian failure and in that case for having a baby im afraid you will have to resort to donor egg.
but still before believing this possibility you should get your hormone assays tested to document the problem if any.
In case you have further questions you can consult me on health care magic forum and i will be happy to help
Take care and wish you all the best.
Dr Manisha Jain.
