Had Unprotected Sex, Tender Breasts, Cramps And Spotting. Taking Birth Control. What Would My Status For Pregnancy Be?

Okay, so I started birth control on June 22nd because that was the day that my period first started and it was when i was told to start taking them. I bled through the 27th but then on the 29th- july 1st I bled again. I've taken a pill everyday same time. I have two different apps on my phone that i use has a period calendar. The 29th,30th of June, 5th,6th.7th,10th,12th,13th,and 14th of July my fiance and i had unprotected sex where he did ejaculate inside me. My doctor had said that the first pill i take will protect me instantly for a whole week. Well, before I started taking birth control, i was supposed to start my period this week, now it's saying another week and a half. Could I be pregnant? Also, the past couple of days my breasts have been tender, i've had cramps, and i think im spotting.

Hi, as it is the first time you had pills, there is a possibility of break through bleeding, it should be that. From the next cycle onwards you can have normal periods.
Other possibilities could be anemia, or infection.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe hematinics, fluonazole , and cifixime for 5 days . thank you.
