Had Unprotected Sex, Ejaculated Inside, Abdominal Cramps, Took Postinor 2, Missed Period. What Could Have Happened?

I am 27yrs old I had unprotected sex with my man and he ejaculated in me I this happened the day after my period an i took postinor 2 approximately 24 hrs after this. I took an ultrasound because I had missed my period had a lot of abdominal cramps and tender great only to be told I have a 1.4cm uterine fibroid an bilateral polyscytic ovaries. I never had an irregular period. Any suggestions and I have a 6 yr old daughther

The pills you took have a very good effect if taken within the first 24 hours after having unprotected sex. they are less effective if taken after that.
Anyway, they are never 100% effective. and you say you have a missed period and that you never had irregular cycles. So, there is a chance that you are pregnant.
My advice is that you should have a blood test for hcg and if the test s positive, you should visit your doctor to confirm presence of a healthy intrauterine pregnancy and to exclude ectopic pregnancy.
if the test is negative you may either wait for spontaneous menstruation or visit your doctor to prescribe you progesteron to induce menstruation.
