Had Subserosal Myoma In The Anterior Wall Of Fundus Of Uterus And Bilaterally PCOS. Take Oosure And Duphaston?
I had subserosal myoma of size 25*23 mm in the anterior wall fundus of uterus and bilateral polycystic ovaries. But after having oosure and diana 35 for one month, the ultrasound report says that there is no myoma and PCOS. Now I am trying to conceive for the 1st time.My age is 35. Should I take oosure after ovulation ? because if I conceive ,it will be known in my next monthly cycle only. My doctor also suggest to take duphaston from day 15th from my 1st day of period. What should I do?
Hi, you have myoma and P.C.O.S.bilaterally, you got them cured but to conceive you should do everything under the supervision of a gynacologist. Your husband also should have a check up. You can use the duphastan but after finishing you should have trans veginal scanning, to view the condition of the follicles, if they are mature enough you shoud have treatment for release of the ovum ready for conception, under the supervision of your doctor. Thank you.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
hi, Please follow advice given by your doctor . Oosure is Antoxident which will facilitate conception/recovery from PCO.So you can safely take Oosure pills as adviced by your doctor. Duphaston is a hormonal preparation helping the growth & implantation of the fertilized ovum in early stage which your Dr. may continue after pregnancy is confirmed. Best of luck. thank you
