. This can be caused due to some food consumed outside, undercooked food, stale food etc. Anyways, if there is diarrhoea
, drink a lot of water and frruit juices to compensate for the lost water. Also you can consume, bread, eggs, fruits and vegetables as you seem to be constipated. Drink hot water preferably. You can consume soups as well. Just give your tummy some rest for a couple more days and it will be all right.
