Had Pain Under Armpit, Indigestion, Anxiety Attack, Breathing Problem After Alcohol And Cocaine Abuse. Was It Mild Heart Attack?
hi there after 2 nights in 4 days of alchohol and cocaine abuse my partner woke up in the middle of the night complaining of pain under the armpit ,dry throat ,indigestion,anxiety attacks, cold sweats,shortness of breath and a heavy runny nose and could not go back to sleep i'm worried was she having a mild heart attack she has been in bed all day fatigued and feeling weak and ill

in my patient I would not have diagnosed her as a case of heart attack. These are all symptoms of anxiety produced by use of substances
To my patient I would have referred her to a de addiction and rehabilitation centre for proper treatment
Wish drug and alcohal abuse free life and an early rehabilitation to your friend
