Had Microvascular Ischemic Strokes, Headaches, Dizziness, Had Digestive And Intestinal Surgeries. Taken MRI. Suggestion

Hi I had a MRI on the 11th had three microvascular ishemic strokes, 2 in frontal lobes one in the anterior of the Putmen. BP and cholesterol were to blame - what I wanna know is will my brain try and over come my symptoms of headache dizziness, loss of of comprehension at times? I'm a veterinary lead surgical technician, so I have plenty of medical understanding. We just don't do much brain work in Vet world, mostly osteo pins screws n such and digestive/ intestinal surgeries...... Along with the reproductive surgeries...( so far no gender reassignment surgeries...lol)
I have microvascular ischemic disease.... Are there and supplements than can help strengthen and support my veins... I can use with all my prescription meds?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is necessary to manage the risk factors aggressively – Diabetes/ Dyslipidemia / Hypertension / Tobacco / alcohol / weight / activity / stress and so on…
Search for less common risk factors like Homocysteine, Fibrinogen, Lipoprotein A and so on
Like physical activity promoting muscle strength, mental activities keep the brain active…
Anti-platelet drugs and anti-oxidants help

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
