Hi dear

Welcome to the Platform of Health Care magic

MCH (Mean corpuscular Hemoglobin) means average cell hemoglobin or average mass of hemoglobin per RBC.

We should worry when MCH is low means it is low when Hemoglobin is less per cell.

Lymphocyte counts are with in normal range.

So in nut shell reports of your father are quite normal. please stop worrying.

Hope your query is answered.

Thanks
