This is probably due to fibrous tissue formation at the site of the injury. The bands of adhesion need to be removed and a circumsison may also be needed.See a urologist.

General Surgeon Dr. Swapnendu Sekhar Ghosh's  Response
welcome to healthcaremagic

it seems you did not take any surgical treatment after the injury and waite for spontaneous healing of the condition

may be there is fibosis and the area is scarred causinng problem

do not go for immediate sex .wait till all the pain goes and the area healed completely

consult surgeon and get examined and see if any surgical repair and circumscicion is required
and don't worry you will have no problem in future regarding sex
