Had Fallopian Tubes Removed. Hearing My Stomach Bubbling. What Could This Be?

Hi
some background.
I am 25 female, married, stay at home mom of 2 (3 year old and 2year old).

Don't know if this is relevant, In 2009 I had one of my fallopian tubes removed due to an ectopic pregnancy.

In this year so far (2013) I've had a gastric stomach 4 maybe 5 times, got put on a Gaviscon like liquid and pills, it helped.
For the past few weeks, maybe a month, if not longer, I wake up in the morning real hungry and feel hungry and emptiness in my stomach even though I've eaten.
June this year my period started normalising, went back to the way it was before I had kids, I would get mine exactly every 21 days for 4 days. This month however it arrived 2 days later than expected and had a few drops of blood for the 1st few hours, then nothing the day after, then heavy bleeding with cramps for 2 days, then it started stopping the next 2 days.

My current problem:
Just over a week ago I suddenly woke up with a bad burning twisting pain in my left lower side. Felt like I needed the loo real bad but everytime it would be a false alarm, I urinated alot though. That carried on for 2 days, I never went to see my GP, took no meds either.
Then 4 days ago I start having an unusually runny tummy as if I'm "urinating" through the back, I've never experienced this in my life. The 1st day I went about 5 times. The 2nd day 8 times, sometimes just blood and a jelly/mucus came out. The 3rd day went 5 times, that night alot more blood and jelly/mucus came out only, it wasn't mixed with faeces. Today is my 4th day, I've gone twice so far and it's before 7am, blood jelly/mucus and a dot of faeces here and there is present, also I've noticed for as long as I sit this mixture would keep coming out untill I get fed up and get up. Throughout the 4 days I've been hearing my stomach "bubbling", I haven't been getting hungry although I do eat coz I know I have to, my mouth and lips are dry, no pain at all, if I sit or lay on my back I need the toilet, I'm experiencing bad head pains on the top of my head and forehead when I get up from a sitting position and when I look left or right.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear patient,

Thanks for the query. Although some of the symptoms may be consistent with a more benign diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome, some of the features, including the bloody mucus and the tenesmus (sensation of urgency to go, but when you do nothing comes out) could be suggestive of a more serious entity, such as Inflammatory bowel disease, such as Chron's or ulcerative colitis; an evaluation by a gastroenterology specialist is in order.

Hope that helps, wish you the best,
