Had Cyst In Ovaries. Missed Period. Lower Back And Stomach Pain. Can I Be Helped?

i have not had a period for 3 months i do have a history of having cyst on my ovaries i am not pregent as i have done a test, i have a 9 month old baby girl and up till 3 months ago was taking peroids as normal the past 4 days i have been getting really lower stomach and back pain which is very sharp and my stomach is very hard could u help me with answers please

HI
IF your cyst size is big chances of twisting is more in postpartum period.
ectopic pregnancy is commonly associated with this symptom
do pelvic scan to rule out these things first.
complete urine exam rule out UTI.
CONSULT YOUR GYNAECOLOGIST for early scan.
