Had Cold Symptoms. Took Panadol. Blood Test Shows Sgpt Enzym, Sgot, Protein. Cure For Symptoms?

My brother is 35 years old, he just got married from 4 months ago. Since two weeks he had cold symptoms, so he took Panadol cold and flue, and Panadol extra. After few days he had an extereme skin allergic with no medical cause, in other words the doctors could not find a reason to figure out the cause of the allergic, so the doctor could not describe the right medicine. My brother made a blood test, so these are the results of the test: sgpt enzym is 189, sgot is 71, the protein is 58 and the white blood cell is 12, 085. So please inform me what are the possible diseases of these symptoms according to the blood test, and what do you advice my brother to do to know the exact cause to find the right medicine for his illness?.....please do reply asap.....thank in advanced.....

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
As you stated that your brother took panadol ( also extra) i.e.acetoaminophen is a simple medicine for fever and cold, provide symptomatic relief.
After few days of illness your brother developed skin allergy .
s g o t, s g p t and wbc( mild degree high) with total protein normal.
Only mild degree S G O T & S G PT level raised ( 5- 50 I U ) and this high level may be due to acetaminophen overuse.
In my opinion bet in blood for C B C & E S R , total eisinophils count ( for reason of allergy).
Ultrasound of liver will also good for diagnostic purposes , uploads all these reports.
Consult a dermatologist and get his opinion & treatment .
Good luck.
