Had Chills, Intermittent Night Fever, Headache. Give Tylenol, Or Sweat Virus?

My 16 yr old daughter has had chills and night fever of 102-103 for intermittent nights over the past week. Yesterday she didn't go out at all and didn't get the fever, but tonight it came back. She has no other symptoms except headaches, off and on as well. Should we give her Tylenol or just let her sweat out the virus.?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
It may be better to give the tylenol as she would feel comfortable.
In any case, she would improve in a few days, if it is viral fever.
If symptoms persist beyond a few days, you may take her to a doctor.
I hope it helps.
Please get back if you require any additional information.

Best wishes,
