Had Chest X Ray Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

I had chest PA xray and apicolordotic view, show i have a minimal PTB upper right lung . left lung clear. I had a PPD skin test done and it is negative. I have no cough, night sweating, cold , fever, I have a slight weight loss but not really drastic ((from 118, 115 lbs to 112 lbs now) blood show I have high sugar level. Question could this be tuberculosis?

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
There may be some old healed lesion of tuberculosis which may persist after its cure too. Since your PPD is negative and there is no constitutional symptoms present, it seems that you don't have active tuberculosis. Weight loss may be due to uncontrolled diabetes. Get the fasting and PP level of blood sugar done. This may also lead to blunting of PPD report..
One advice will be go for early morning sputum examination for acid fast bacilli....

Best wishes
