Had Chest X-ray Previously. Showed Some Finding. Current X-ray Shows Neagtive. Cause For Different Results?

i ve been applying to work abroad...the agency recommended the clinic where to have a test..I have underwent into a chest x-ray last dec. 14, 2012 in manila. after a few days past the agency said it has a finding...i dont know what was the finding...may i ask what are the common issues being gone out during chest x-ray?....as of today here in davao city,,,i have been in a second opinion by a radiologist....i went the x-ray test today...and the radiologist with her confirmation negative chest ...What are the cause of different results during x-ray in the chest.

thank you.you have mentioned that your chest x-ray was abnormal but it become normal after few days.now,what is the possibility?had you any clinical feature like fever,cough and chest pain or have you taken any drug after first x-ray.there is most possibility of having an inflammatory lesion which disappeared later.
