Had Bad Cough, Stiffness In Neck, Numbness In Ear, Shoulder. What Could Have Caused This?

i had a bad cough for 3 weeks which lead to me having a stiff neck or a knot of nerves that I could feel on the back of the right side of my neck/ shoulder area. Now I feel a weird numbing feeling on my right ear/neck/shoulder and the top part of my right arm . Why could have caused this and what type of doctor should I see about this?

you need to see and ENT specialist and also a pulmonologist as soon as possible. after preliminary investigation, the specialist may recommend you to further referral and tests..
