Hi, Thanks for posting your query. With the available described symptoms, there appears to be possibility of acute upper respiratory tract infection. Although you have history of severe injury after fall but as such there in no correlation between headache, stuffy nose and cough with fall. Headache may be due to stuffy nose. You should consult with internal medicine specialist and orthopedic surgeon simultaneously and should go for thorough check up. You should take complete antibiotic course, decongestants, cough suppressants and muscle relaxants. You should avoid cold drinks and oily foods.
