I have just had the IUD implanted 5 days ago and have gone through the standard symptoms of aching period pains after having it implanted. However today and yesterday, I have been experiencing a constant burning pain in my vagina , my discharge seems normal and it doesn t hurt to pee ( peeing is the only time it isn t irritating). However these pains were not warned as possible side effects so I m worried I might have an infection.
