Gynecology Ultrasound Done. What Does The Report Indicate?

Hi as per my Gynecology Ultrasound Report the following are the impression:
1. Normal-sized anteverted uterus with thin and intact endometrium
2. Right ovary with multiple (>12) small follicles each measuring 3. Left ovary with multiple (>12) small follicles each measuring 4. Cul de sac has no free fluid
What does it mean?

A small question for you,,why did you take gynecology ultrasound,,,if you have any pain,or irregular periods,,or pain abdomen..
But as far as your report is concerned it was normal..
You have no free fluid also to say pelvic inflammatory disease..

If you have any gynecological problems consult gynecologist for more suggestions.
