Gurgling In The Abdomen, Pain. Loose Stools, Rectal Bleeding. Worried

For a couple days now I've had a lot if gurgling in my abdomen area on the left side. The first day had some Sharp pain but that subsided. Today is day three I have loose stools for last thee days as well. The last two times I went to.the bathroom it was just bright red blood no stool. No weakness or dizziness but my feet are ice cold and pale. I'm 42 and female. I do not have insurance and am not working so its extremely difficult for me to.get checked out. Please advise. I know I'm not drinking enough.water.

Hi ! From your history, it seems that you have diverticulosis of the colon which caused you sharp pain due to getting inflamed and the lot of gurgling in your abdomen could be due to the irritation caused by the infection. The frank red bloody stool also goes in favour of it. Even if there is no weakness or dizziness , the ice cold pale feet are evidence for a good amount of blood loss from the body. Immaterial of the status of insurance, I would advise you to go to a gastro enterologist for a preliminary colonoscopy which can exclude many other conditions with rectal bleeding like the one you have which may need immediate attention.
