Groin Ultrasound Shows Bilateral Inguinal Hernia. No Pain. Surgery Required?

Hi, BILATERAL GROIN ULTRASOUND REPORT.
E xamination of both groins at rest and following the valsalva manoeuvre demonstrates small bilateral
reducible indirect inguinal herniae containing omental fat. No other findings of note.
This should need surgery as early as possible or after one/two years? No pain or any other complaint.

there is no role of medicines for hernia.

To prevent these complications,it is better to go for surgery soon.
No one can predict the course of hernia. It may not get complicated for few years in some people.
