Hello Sir,
You are feeling severe pain while your bladder is full on your right side groin (Rt Iliac Fossa) and which is relieved by lying down and subsides in night rest.It means you are having possibly appendicitis ,Rt Inguinal Hernia or any growth possible in side, so you must concern your surgeon and take his advice also you must go for Ultra sonography abdomen or CT Scan lower abdomen along with routine blood and urine examination immediately to rule out any growth in Rt groin area.Good luck and take care
