My stools are small and soft and i get occasional cramping in my lower abdominal. i have nausea in the morning and i know im not pregnant . i don t know if its a lingering virus or if it could be something else. im more concerned about the headaches and soft stools. what could it be?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I appreciate your concern, what the history you gave here that may not be the viral infection but it could be protozoa infection of intestine, if I would be your doctor then I would treat this condition with the following medicines,
1) Tab Metronidazole 400mg twice in day
2) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
3) Tab Clidinium three times in day
hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
